The PMP #22038 & #22039 Remanufactured T19976-V10 & -V12 HD Meters are designed to reduce wear over time.  These meters utilize grooved side covers which allow the use of O-ring seals as opposed to the cork/rubber gaskets used on previous meters.  The side covers and pistons also incorporate a stop to limit piston over-travel and different valve and valve seat materials.
