This product is a PMP remanufactured Wayne iMeter with a flat-faced inlet, 2 sided for use with diesel.
To provide greater resistant to corrosion this meter has the following improvements:
- Cast aluminum side covers instead of stamped steel.
- All O-rings upgraded from fluroelastomer to fluorosilicone O-rings. Fluorosilicone is a more robust material for use with ULSD, aggressive fuels and extreme cold temperatures.
- Internal screws upgraded from plain steel to stainless steel.
To identify whether an iMeter has a flat inlet or an O-ring inlet without removing the meter from the dispenser, check the casting number the side of the meter. The O-ring inlet iMeters are marked 45574 and flat inlet iMeters are marked 48014 or 48046.
