Please use the Freight Calculation worksheet to calculate the weight of the cores you are shipping to PMP. Type in the number of items in "Quantity" column and the worksheet will automatically update. This worksheet will allow you to quickly determine if your freight shipment qualifies for the PMP Freight Program. Please include a copy with your shipment.

A core is a part in need of repair that is exchanged for a rebuilt part of the same type.

Do I need an RGA to return an item to PMP?

You may need to request an RGA if:

• We have advanced an item to you for a warranty item you are returning. An RGA on the returned warranty item alerts us to issue a credit.
• You received an incorrect item and we re-shipped the correct one. An RGA is needed to return the incorrect item so we can issue a credit.
